Lollipop update for the Motorola phones (Moto G, moto x, Moto G2) can be download from the official links given here.

You can download it via a Wi-fi connected Motorola phone too. Going to Settings>About phone>System update> Yes, I'm in

  


After the update is completed, you should get a message saying that 'Your phone is now updated to 22.21.25'
